Echo Basketball is a basketball training system built on the power of optimised repetition.
We combine elite coaching, biomechanics, technology and data analytics to help players of all levels take ownership of their development. Every session is designed to maximise quality reps - from dribbling and shooting to movement and mindset - and every rep is tracked, measured, and refined.
At Echo, we believe greatness isn’t found by chance - it’s built through consistent, intentional practice.
Whether you're a beginner or chasing elite competition, we provide the structure, feedback, and support to help you train smarter, and grow faster.

Marty Leahy founded Echo Basketball to bring together his lifelong passion for the game, a deep understanding of analytics, and a strong commitment to community development.
A former NCAA Division I athlete, Marty also proudly co-captained Papua New Guinea at the FIBA Pacific Games and competed for over 6 years in the QBL (now NBL1 North). As a junior, he was selected into state and national-level programs, including the National Performance Program (NPP) and the U17/U19 Australian Development Camps.
After his playing career, Marty transitioned into professional services, building a 7-year career in business and data analytics. He holds degrees in Economics, Commerce, and Computer Science from the University of Queensland and Monash University.
At Echo, Marty brings a unique blend of high-level playing experience, analytical thinking, and a coach’s heart - creating a training environment where repetition is intentional, and growth is measurable.
